Our luxury destination is located directly on the beautiful beach of Punta Rusia and we have space for 6 customers in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom. With its spectacular Tuscan architecture, beautiful landscaping and incredible details, and only yards from the beach, the Villa boasts an expansive master suite complete with its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The master bath incorporates a circular shower, a bidet, and a private dressing area. A circular staircase leads to a fabulous rooftop deck where guests can enjoy cocktails while viewing the spectacular Caribbean sunset from the cool confines of the Jacuzzi pool. The main floor contains a gourmet kitchen and a comfortable lounging area complete with flat screen TV and powerful surround sound system. This living area opens to another large balcony where guests can comfortably dine overlooking the beach. Two further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are also on this floor. The villa is further equipped with a wireless internet connection.

Far away from the all inclusive type crowded Megaresort vacation spots you will find us. Punta Rusia, a completely unspoiled typical fishermen’s village directly adjacent to one of the Caribbean’s least exploited underwater national parks (Parque Nacional Monte Cristi), a coral reef of approx. 50-km length on the spectacular northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Punta Rusia was given its name by Christopher Columbus when he visited the island of Hispaniola on his second voyage to the New World. You can understand his attraction to the location after experiencing one of the area’s amazing sunsets.
Punta Rusia is located approximately 2 hours by road from Puerto Plata, to the east, and approximately 1 hour from Monte Cristi, to the west, close to the Haitian border. We are served by the International Airports of Puerto Plata (POP) and Santiago (STI), which is about 2 hours by road.

It is completely up to you what kind of vacation activities you would like, just relaxing or something more adventurous. We can provide a range of recreational activities including diving, snorkeling, climbing waterfalls, cayaking, deep sea fishing and horseback riding. In addition we offer you the opportunity to see and learn more about this beautiful, very diverse country, and it’s history and culture. With our geotourism based excursions you can visit the site of the first Catholic church in the New World, or go back in time to learn more about the Indian (Tainos) history, you can visit an Amber mine and see where the famous Dominican Blue Amber – Ambar Azul – comes from.
