This luxury apartment is to the first floor of a smart, modern building – the main feature is the large balcony which extends the living area, this huge asset to the apartment is half covered, offering relief from the strong sun and half in full exposure for your sun worshipers, where 2 sun beds are provided! There is a table and 6 chairs, where we are sure most meals and drinks will be enjoyed outside. There is a lift from the covered parking to each floor.

2 bedrooms, air conditioning, communal pool, fully furnished

Internally the property is extremely comfortable, it is arranged with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area – well equipped with all one could need including a washing machine. There is air conditioning (included in the rates) and a sofa bed in the living area so the property can sleep upto 6 people, the dining table also has 6 comfortable chairs and we have provided a television with DVD player. The small inner hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. You have a generous main bedroom with double bed and spacious second room with twin beds (2 single beds). Both rooms have built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled and has a shower over the bath. Thea Court hosts 2 communal swimming pools; they are situated a few blocks away from this particular apartment, so you don’t have the associated noise from them. There are also showers and toilets by the pool.

Walking distance of the beaches in Kaparris, Cyprus

Located within the Kaparris area of Paralimni, only 2/3km from the town centre – more importantly only 800m or so from the beach… Thea Court is perfectly positioned, set slightly back from the main road whilst still within easy walking distance of the excellent amenities in Kaparris, including supermarkets, friendly bars, excellent taverns & restaurants, car hire, bakery etc – not to mention the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea! Paralimni Town centre is a well-stocked, busy square full of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants amongst other amenities. Three churches dominate the centre of the town and the area in and around Paralimni is scattered with hundreds of windmills. Enjoy shopping in the boutiques in the town centre where there are also plenty of Taverns serving local and international cuisine. The main focus of this region is a number of beautiful sandy beaches and bays, with crystal clear waters safe for bathing. Protaras and Agia Napa, for a varied range of bars, restaurants and night clubs are both within very easy reach by car, bus or taxi. The road access from Larnaca airport is very good, all well signed posted and mostly on the highway (dual carriage way), the driving time is approximately 25 minutes.
