A superb detached villa with bright spacious accommodation, modern, yet built with character with raised vaulted timber ceilings to many rooms. The living area is very comfortable with a fireplace and patio doors to the garden, the dining table seats 8 and is served by a well equipped kitchen with all one would need (including a washing machine in the separate utility room). The bedrooms are arranged with 2 bedrooms to the first floor, both of good size with double beds, their own large private balconies and each with en-suite facilities (the master bedroom has a corner Jacuzzi bath and the 2nd bedroom has a large shower cubicle). The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is next to the ground floor shower room making it ideal for elderly relatives with level access.

A great location for a relaxing holiday

Situated away from the tourist resorts - real Cyprus, in a residential area of Souni, a Cypriot village approx 10 km from the Limassol to Paphos highway towards the Troodos Mountains. A great location for those wishing to simply relax by the pool whilst on holiday, or spend time with the rest of their party... Also perfectly placed to tour around Cyprus; One can easily drop down to Kourion Beach (approx 5-7 minutes), a sandy beach with 3 beach cafes/restaurants. Or head into Limassol (approx 15 – 20 minutes), a busy diverse city with a great Old Town and shopping facilities. Drive North into the Troodos Mountains (approx 20 – 30 minutes) whilst visiting various traditional Cypriot villages en-route… Being within the Limassol district, traveling to/from Paphos or Larnaca International Airports is a practical option
