Positioned next door to the Orange Grove, Goudi is located at a peaceful area. It's surrounded by big olive trees and lovely lawned gardens liberally planted with shrubs, trees and colorful flowers. With the town of Polis less than five kilometers away and the beach just a bit further, it's very easy to enjoy shopping, some time beside the sea, or an evening out without having to travel too far. The sunny paved terrace around the villas swimming pool is set on a green lawn, providing plenty of space for many, happy hour of sunbathing. Entrance to the villa is through the front door on the poolside patio, which opens to a cozy lounge and dining room, simply decorated with a tiled floor and whitewashed walls and furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table+chairs and a television. Patio doors open from the lounge to a covered terrace to the side of the villa. The fitted kitchen is an the rear of the villa and has a fridge, a washing machine and a gas oven and hob. One of the bedrooms which is a twin one with an en-suite bathroom and patio door openings onto the terrace is downstairs. Upstairs are the villas two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. One is a twin and the other a double one with a high four-poster bed and its own one small balcony. A bathroom completes the first floor accommodation
