GREEN VALLEY VILLA

A lovely stone-clad house in front of our Orange Grove and Goudi (villa), the Green Valley lies in a peaceful setting, surrounded by rolling countryside scattered with trees and fields stretching towards the mountains.
Despite this tranquil location, the beach at Polis is only seven kilometers away and the town itself even closer, so there are plenty of shops, bars and places to eat, all within easy reach. There is even a coffee house nearby, in the little village of Goudi, about a kilometer from the villa.
The swimming pool is in front of the villa and is an unusual freeform shape. Overlooking the pool is an attractive seating area with a bench built around an olive tree, whilst a pergola-shaded terrace leads through double doors into the house.
Inside, the patio doors open into an attractive stone-floored lounge with a beamed ceiling, an open fireplace and a courtyard patio leading from the rear of the room. The lounge is furnished with a television and three-piece suite and has an archway leading through to the adjacent kitchen/diner, equipped with a rectangular dining table, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven with a gas hob and a washing machine. A blue-walled corridor at one end of the lounge leads to the villa’s two bedrooms, one of which is a twin with an en-suite bathroom and the other a double, also with its own en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.
