ORANGE GROVE VILLA

Named after the orange grove whose little trees are right next to the villa, this is a two-storey house lying in mature gardens less than five kilometers from the centre of Polis. The villa enjoys a peaceful, scenic location with lovely views of tree-scattered countryside and distant mountains. The small village of Goudi is only a kilometer away and has its own little coffee house. A spacious furnished sun terrace, with poolside lighting, surrounds the swimming pool and the garden is scattered with spiky shrubs and palm trees. To one side of the villa there is a crazy-paved covered barbeque area with a trestle table and benches. A door leads from a side patio into a hallway, to the left of which is the villa's lounge, simply decorated and furnished with comfy seating and a television. To the right of the hallway is the kitchen, complete with a dining table and chairs, a fridge, a washing machine and a gas oven and hob. Although we offer this as a two-bedroom villa, the villa actually has three, all on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is a double and the others are twins, one of which has its own balcony overlooking the pretty gardens and the tranquil countryside. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
