What sets this villa apart from others is its 65 m2 first-floor terrace, from which there is a stunning vista over the golf course, and views to the Troodos mountains to the east, and the deep blue Mediterranean in the west. The terrace provides an ideal setting to soak up some Cypriot sun, to watch the golfers – good and bad, or to dine under the stars. From the garden, one can sit and enjoy the serene view across the verdant fairways, interspersed with evergreen Carob trees.

The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, to help ensure you have a luxurious and comfortable stay. The spacious living/dining area opens on to a beautiful veranda and garden with your own private pool (heated, if necessary). The two bedrooms (one double and en-suite, and one twin) can also open on to the garden.

The beautiful surroundings

The resort of Aphrodite Hills is situated among the hills between the major towns of Paphos and Limassol.Less than two kilometres away is one of Cyprus’s most well known landmarks, Petra tou Romiou, though more commonly known as Aprhodite’s Rock. Legend has it that this was the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. The coast here is dominated by dramatic white cliffs, contrasting beautifully with the turquoise sea.
A few kilometres away is the charming village of Pissouri. The main village has a number of lively tavernas surrounding the village square, and there are several fish restaurants down by the beach. This sandy, blue-flag beach has excellent facilities, making it ideal for families.
The Paphos district is one of the greenest and most varied areas of Cyprus. The town itself is only 20 minutes from Aphrodite Hills. A great selection of cafes and restaurants can be found down by the charming harbourside.
