This superb modern apartment is on the second (top) floor of a small block, it has the advantage of views to the sea from both bedrooms! The accommodation is very light, spacious and comfortable. You have a nice sitting area with sofas, coffee tables and large television with satellite & DVD, CD player / stereo plus a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The apartment has a double size sofa-bed, so can sleep upto 6 people. Patio doors lead to the generous size balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the shapely swimming pool and views to Paphos Old Town. The kitchen / dining area is well equipped with all you need, including a washing machine, the formal dining table has 6 chairs. From the inner hallway you have 2 large bedrooms: the main bedroom is a sizeable double with dressing table and built in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is a twin, with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled with a shower over the bath. Outside you have a large shapely swimming pool with delightful terrace surround. There are toilets and showers for residents use. There is a car park with allocated spaces for each property.

An ideal location for exploring Paphos

The location of Diana apartment is perfect, ideal for couples, families, individuals or the elderly! Situated in a residential road just 100m level walk of Tomb of the Kings road - therefore right on your doorstep you have cafes, kiosks, bakery, internet café, restaurants, bars, banks and bus stop to Coral Bay etc. The Lighthouse / Faros Beach is a mere 500m walk! Paphos Harbour is approximately 10/15 minute walk where you have dozens of places to eat, drink and shop, where as the Old Town / Paphos Town centre with markets, street cafes, shops etc is also 10/15 minutes walk. You have easy access by car or bus to the popular beach of Coral Bay. The 3 Golf Courses in Cyprus are all located in the Paphos area, are all short driving distance from Roman Park. The area is steeped with archeological sites including ancient mosaics and the tomb of the kings.
