The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable and very well furnished, not to mention air conditioned. The property has a spacious living area with relaxing lounge seating, including a sofa bed, a formal dining table with 6 chairs, doors which lead to a balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard with further table & chairs for outside dining. From the living area there is a wide spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace and a square arch to the kitchen, modern and well equipped with all one could need, including a washing machine / combined tumble dryer. Both bedrooms are a very good size, the master bedroom is a generous double with built in wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony (which overlooks the courtyard). The 2nd bedroom is a spacious twin room (with 2 single beds), also has built in wardrobes and its own private balcony (to the rear) with views over the communal swimming pool. The bathroom is modern and tastefully tiled, with a shower fitted over the bath. The communal areas to Queens Gardens are very attractive and well maintained, beautifully landscaped with fountains, palm trees and shrubs, a lovely area for the enjoyment of the residents & occupants only. The property has car parking in the basement, keeping the car out of the strong sun and staying cooler.
