This outstanding property is the perfect family holiday home – an extremely spacious, executive residence with well appointed & adaptable accommodation, large enclosed gardens with a private pool all enjoying views to the sea! The house offers superb family accommodation with a comfortable sitting area, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The living area naturally extends onto the large covered terrace which has a solid wood dining table & 8 chairs, there is a television with DVD player and satellite and the villa has both air conditioning and central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite facilities (one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor). The master bedroom is a generous size room with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The two other rooms are twin rooms (with 2 single beds) and share the family bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs have patio doors onto a full width balcony with delightful views of the sea and spectacular sunsets over Yeronissos Island!

You are also close to the prestigious Sea Caves area, being tucked away from any busy roads in a short private no-through road. You are only a 2/3 minute drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Coral Bay is a 3/4 minutes by car, with its safe sandy beach, water sports and selection of restaurants, cafes and shops amongst other amenities. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet… The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Paphos, with the ‘Old Town’ and Harbour area.
