Sunny two-room ground floor appartment with own terrace surrounded by huge trees
The appartment is entirely independent and is semi detached to a large Breton classic dwelling in huge grounds with many ancient trees and flowers to die for!
The appartment is bright and airy and the terrace gets the first rays of sun every morning.
Though small, everything seems to have a place and if necessary we can store damp wetsuits or fishing lines in our outbuildings!
Description and Furnishing
The appartment comprises kitchen/dining room, bed/sitting room, newly installed shower room with basin and WC. Country flavour though only 15 km from the seaside. Newly decorated in bright yellow and turquoise.
The living area is furnished with sofa bed, large mirrored wardrobe and shelving, chest of drawers and coffee table.
The dining area has a modern table with two high stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, gas/electric stove, full cutlery and crockery sets.
The terrace is grey slate and looks over the flower beds and lawn sloping down towards a magic pool with bamboo and maybe wood fairies?

Prehistoric park, Malansac, wild woodland area with lakes, wells and slate quarries. Truly awesome in scale and quite fascinating. Let's the imagination fly free.
The Carnac stones : an exceptional collection of megamothic sites.Over 3,000 prehistoric standing stones were hewn from local rock and erected by the pre-Celtic Bretons. They constitute the largest such collection in the world. During the Neolithic period, probably around 3300 BC but some may date back to 4500 BC.
St Goustan port, Auray is already well worth a visit. The winding lanes house art galeries of all kinds and the artists are there working and sharing their knowledge. For the first time this year, every Thusday at 7.30 pm there will be musical evenings including Breton folk dancing but also African dancing, traditional New Orleans jazz, clowns and much more.
