Nice Centre with the best shopping and restaurants just round the corner. Just over the street is the old town with it's alley ways, galleries and shops. Place Massena is across the public gardens. The bus station is the nearest stop. The beach is less that 400m away. The Tramway passes the end of the road. The nearest cafe is literally across the street.
