Notes to the prices

Our rates are graded according to the different annual seasons. All other extra charges, as listed below, will remain unchanged all the year round.

December - April 38,00 € / night 250,00 € / week
May - June 45,00 € / night 300,00 € / week
July - August 53,00 € / night 350,00 € / week
September – November 40,00 € / night 270,00 € / week

Easterbreak 350,00 € / week
Christmas / New Year's Eve 350,00 € / week

Small pets are allowed after prior consultation:
For small dogs we charge an additional fee of 3,00 € / night or 15,00 € / week.
Gas / Electricity and water, as well as the use of the kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies are all-in.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due after receipt of our booking confirmation.
The residual amount has to be paid at the latest at your arrival.

Extra charges:
A bail of 150,00 € has to be posted on the day of your arrival, which will of course be reimbursed at the day of your departure, if nothing has been damaged, heavily soiled or destroyed.
- Final Cleaning: 35,00€

Other services with costs:
- bedcover for the full-size bed: 7,00 € / week
- bedcover for 1 single bed: 4,00 € / week
- towels: 2 per person = 2,50 €

You may without any problem bring your own bedcovers (sleeping bag) / towels. This service is in no way compulsive.

Furnished, calm, fenced all around...

For your privacy's sake, the Mobilhome is fenced all around.
You have your own terrace including BBQ, garden furniture and sunshade at your disposal.
Our Mobilhome has enough space available for 3-4 persons.
It is divided in different areas as follows:
- 1 bedroom with 1 full-size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (that may be assembled without difficulty)
- 1 en suite bathroom
- complete equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, cutlery, saucepans and cooking pots, dishes, cups, glasses, kitchentowels...
- living area including lounge & dinette for 6 persons, heating.
Needless to say that a parking space is designed for your car.
The endless garden around the mobilhome invites you to numerous leisure activities as f.ex.: shuttle, beachball, ... having a walk, .. or simply relax and enjoy the calmness and the mediterranean climate...

Our holiday flats are situated on a superb property of 5 hectares amidst untouched nature, only 1-2 km afar from the medieval village Roquetaillade and 6 km from the Capital City of the Blanquette, Limoux.
Among fruit and walnut trees, meadows, on the open countryside, ... an idyllic rivulet, that circumfluences the property... pure serenity!
