The bed & breakfast is situated In a renovated stable annex, located on a small farmstead in the beautiful Lot countryside, we are 3 miles from the nearest village, which has a small supermaket and a cash point. Les Tilleuls is situated approximately midway between the bustling towns of Cahors with its shops, restaurants, bars and weekly market, and Gourdon, the capital of the Quercy region, also with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Small food shops are within 3 miles, larger supermarkets are 20 minutes away. Within a 10 minute drive of Les Tilleuls there is a good selection of over 10 restaurants serving local cuisine. We are within 40 minutes of the major tourist attractions of Sarlat, Rocamadour and the Dordogne valley, and within 20-30 minutes from the Lot valley with all its hilltop villages and vineyards.

Accommodation details

Sleeps 2. The bed and breakfast bedroom is double aspect (both windows are fitted with flyscreens for your comfort) and has a king-sized bed, the main window looks out over the gardens with hills beyond, the bathroom is en-suite with a shower. There is a private guest suite which consists of a living and dining area, the living area has two comfortable sofas, Sky (freeview channels) television and a CD music system. The dining area has a kettle (tea and coffee are provided) and a refrigerator, for guests staying at least a week a 'welcome' pack of local produce is provided upon your arrival. The dining table can comfortably seat 4 persons. Access to the B&B is independent of the house.

Outside area

A private furnished patio with barbeque is provided just outside your front door. The 5 metre circular above ground saltwater pool is for your private use and is not shared with the owners, it sits at the end of the garden and has decking for sunbathing or just relaxing, perhaps to watch the setting sun with a glass of local wine.
