We have 10 Apartments, Maisonettes and rooms to let from January until December:

Our guesthouse lies directly besides the Pagasitikos Gulf, and surrounded from a beautiful, green, big garden with old shady plane-trees, combines the traditional Pelion style with comfort and modern functionality. Just relax on your private balcony or terrace and enjoy the view. The center from Kala Nera is only 5 minutes by foot away with a lot of shops, tavernas, cafes, pharmacy and supermarkets etc..

2 Standard Double-rooms for 1- 2 persons

3 Summer Double/Triple-rooms 1 - 3 persons

Fully furnished apartments

The Maisonettes and Apartments are fully equiped flats with air condition, a lot of space for you and your family. All with private bathroom with shower and toilette, always a seperate bed-room for two persons, one living/sleeping room with two sleeping couches and kitchen or kitchenette (2 plate cooking cell, fridge, coffee maker, plates and more items), terrace or balcony, television, air condition and central heating, radio, desk, balcony or terrace with table and chairs.

The Standard-Double/Twins are with private bathroom, shower and toilette, air condition, small kitchen corner with fridge and items, television, air condition and central heating, terrace with table and chairs.

The Summer-Double/Triple-rooms are only for rent during the summer seasons and are located at a extra house beside, they are easy and basic furnished with one double bed and one single extra bed, private bathroom with shower/WC, small kitchen with fridge and items, terrace, ventilator.

Included in the services offered:

Towels, linen, covers for beds, soap, toilet paper, dish soap and dish towels are included.

Water, heating, electricity, air condition and cleaning of the room at your arrival and departure are included as well.

Please note

- If requested, we offer you a late-arrival-starterpacket = We'll refill your fridge, to make your arrival so comfortable as we can. This service is not included at the rates. Please contact us early enough for this service.

Please note: we don't serve breakfast, we are a self-catering apartment house.
