Olearium and Il Belvedere

Olearium and Il Belvedere are two recently restructured refinedly house in the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. They were parts of an ancient house in the historic centre of Montorio al Vomano.
The houses are situated at the foot of the Gran Sasso's mountain where it is possible to spend days characterized by calm and the rest. The mountain resort of Prati di Tivo is far 19 km where it's possible to have a nice winter holiday week and then You can visit Abruzzo during all the year following some itineraries.
The house is a few kilometres far from the longest bridle-road of Italy.

Olearium e Il Belvedere

Per la tua vacanza in Abruzzo disponiamo di due abitazioni finemente ristrutturate, Olearium e Il Belvedere, ricavate da una antichissima casa signorile sulla via principale di Montorio al Vomano, nel Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo e dei Monti della Laga.
Entrambe si affacciano sull'ampio giardino a più piani lambito dal fiume Vomano con vista sul Gran Sasso. Ottima sistemazione per visitare l'intero Abruzzo. Si trovano infatti a pochi Km dalla montagna (Prati di Tivo, Gran Sasso) e dal mare (Giulianova, Roseto).
L'abitazione si trova a pochi chilometri dall'ippovia più lunga d'Italia.

The surrounding area

From Montorio al Vomano it is possible to reach in few minutes the skiing place of Prati di Tivo, to effect long and relaxing walks in the National Park of the Gran Sasso and of the Monti della Laga, to visit countries rich in history as Civitella del Tronto and the famous Castelli, known all over the world for the beauty and importance of its ceramics. The important santuary of San Gabriele is 10 km far.

In few minutes it is possible to also reach the sea. You will have so the possibility to visit the places of mountain and sea of Abruzzo.
