I rent a beautifull apartment (holiday-home) in Tuscany, ca.800m from the beach: The locality is Principina a Mare, 10km from Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto) The apartment has: two bedrooms for 5 persons and a sofa in the living-room for 2 persons, kitchen, 1bathroom.weite balcony (you can eat outside, if you want) carplace. wash-machine, SAT-TV etc. The garden is of 200qm. I understand English, Deutsch, Italian, Dutch end French.
