This fabulously restored 1790's Tuscany luxury villa with private pool has amazing views over the medieval town of Pescia. It is a paradise for groups with or without children. Pescia offers easy access to florence pisa and most other towns and airports. There is a frequent train and bus service. The accommodation itself has been lovingly restored with a large kitchen which forms the heart of the house. The four bedrooms include a triple and 3 doubles all lovingly furnished with windows opening onto views of the medieval town and the love groves. The house is approached by a long private drive and electronic gates. There is ample parking for 4-5 cars. The large stone terrace surrounding the house is ideal for sunbathing and for kids to play. There are 2 covered terraces for dining and relaxing when the heat of the Tuscany sun gets too much.

The house is set in 4 acres of olive groves and woods with breath-taking views, where you can really appreciate Tuscany in all it's splendor. It's walking distance to the town but feels very private and imposing. Originally constructed in the 1790's the property has been lovingly restored to a high standard offer all mod-cons you'd expect....a luxury villa, which is a home from home for many of our guests, who continue to come back year after year. Great restaurants, trattorias, medieval towns, markets...so much to do and see

Pescia is a medieval town with a classic Italian Tuscany piazza at it's heart. Its well service by road rail and bus links and has several supermarkets, pharmacies, little shops etc. A beautiful river runs through the centre of Pescia which is great for walks with a fabulous gelateria offer the best tasting home-made ice creams for miles around. The cathedral and many churches are definitely worth a visit and Pescia even has it's own theatre. On Saturdays there is a great market offering cheeses, breads, fruit and veg etc which is really popular with our guests. The nearby village of Collodi for its Pinnocchio theme park (the story of Pinnochio was written here). There is the wine and oil road leading to lucca which offers a unique opportunity for wine tasting! The road of the villas is a famous group of 4 historical villas which are beautifully set in large grounds....perfect for a summer picnic.
