Many of its ancient architectural features, as well as the beautiful terracotta floors and the beamed ceilings have been left untouched as far as possible. It is in old Tuscan country style tastefully furnished.

The apartment is located on two stories totalling 85 square meters.
At the ground floor, the large living/dining room, provides a double sofa bed, a couch, TV satellite, French doors to the big garden that make the room very luminous. A shower room/WC fits out a washing machine. The kitchenette with another dining area is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 rings gas stove, fridge/freezer etc. There is access to a small sunny patio area furnished with garden table and chairs.
Upstairs there are a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, (2 beds can be twin or double on request) and a shower room/WC.

The large shared garden furnished with an above-ground swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09) as well as tables and chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas make the perfect place for resting.

Apartment in a farm

In this small family style estate you can purchase high quality pecorino cheese and ricotta. In fact the owners of the property that live in a restored farmhouse 50 metres from the barn, produce cheese with the milk coming from their own sheep flock.
