The residence is situated in the, hills in a very quiet area and it is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive-trees, vineyards and thousands of plants (aromatic plants , and shrubs which provide plenty of shade in the summer months). In the surrounding areas there are many paths for walking, museums, and sports facilities.

Farmhouse residence casa Italia have 2-rooms-apartments: about 50-60sq.mts on the ground floor and first floor, independet terrace, living-room with sofa-bed, stone kitchen in “cotto veneto”, in Tuscan rustic style, with all electric appliances included; double bedroom, ante-room and bathroom with shower, for 4 - 5 persons.
