Cascais Villa Description

The house is a ten minute walk to Guincho Beach - one of Europe's most celebrated surfing beaches. The house has a superb view of the beach as well as the Sintra mountains. Cascais is only a ten minute drive and Sintra and Lisbon can be reached in thirty minutes. In addition to the three bedrooms and sitting room there is a patio in the garden.

Guest House Overlooking Guincho Beach

The villa is a 2 story house, completely independent, with a stunning view of both the beach at guincho as well as the Sintra Mountains. We can usually hear the ocean, and it is only a ten minute walk across the dunes to the magnificent beach. Guincho is splendidly located for visits to Cascais - 10 minutes - Sintra - 20 minutes- Lisbon - 30 minutes. For those who enjoy walking, there are villages 15 minutes away with restaurants, cafes, and small groceries. My wife and I are happy to recommend things to see and do in the immediate area as well as day excursions to places like Evora and Obidos. I am available to help with your holiday plans by phone.

Policies For Cascais Villa

Booking Cancellation:
You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.

Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due on arrival.

Payment Methods:
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is due on arrival.

Check In/Out:
Check IN: 11:00 AM Check OUT: 4:00 PM

Children:
Children of all ages are allowed.

Quiet Time:
The quiet time is from 1:00 AM To 8:00 AM
