Notes on accommodation

The apartment is managed by an English speaking couple who will be there to meet, greet and look after you during your stay.

A complimentary bottle of wine and basic provisions will be waiting for you.

There is air conditioning / heating and the apartment complex has a back up water tank which has proved invaluable during the high season when water shortages leave many others without water.

The swimming pool in the grounds is professionally maintained and is for the sole use by the residents of this small development. There are sun loungers in the apartment for use on the balcony and by the pool.

The complex has gated access making it safe for children and includes allocated parking.

Area

Within a few minute's walk you will find restaurants, cafes, a bakery and a well-stocked mini market. If you're looking for more excitement then the UNESCO protected city of Kotor is buzzing with activity and nightlife suitable for all ages, and is just €3 by taxi.

Tourists come to Montenegro to experience it's wonderful beaches, explore it's ancient ruins and enjoy outdoor activities associated with it's four diverse national parks. By basing yourself in Prcanj you will be close to all of the main attractions in the region and at the same time have some peace and quiet to return to.

Relaxing on the apartment balcony with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the mountains of the Bay of Kotor (awarded membership of the association 'for the most beautiful bays in the world'), is a memorable way to end the day.
