10% Deposit required together with a refundable £50.00 breakage deposit. Balance due minimum 6 weeks before. We accept payment in Euros, please ask for rates at time of enquiry. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled, however, we can transfer your booking to another date. Payment is either by Euro or you pay by Sterling cheque. Last minute bookings can be paid directly to us in Euros on arrival. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, however, please feel free to contact us for later or earlier times. Check in days are normally Saturday but we are happy to change this when possible. Also please ask for a quote for additional days ie 10 days etc.

Spain Holiday Rentals

Casa Dijon is a modern ground floor apartment in our lovely villa style house. The apartment is clean and modern with lovely views over the surrounding country side and town. We are situated on the edge of the town (Cuevas de San Marcos) within a short walk to all amenities. We are approximately 20 minutes drive to Lake Iznajar and just over an hours drive to Malaga and Granada airports. We are ideally located to explore Cordoba, Sevilla, Antequera, Malaga, Granada and the coast. Our garden is a delight and is very private, which is ideal for sunbathing, swimming or just relaxing. We advise hiring a car to explore the beautiful area in full, however, Cuevas de San Marcos is a friendly town which has everthing you could need. Transport can be arrange to collect you to and from the airport - please ask for details. It is an ideal area to do as little or as much as you like and as we live here we can assist you with any queries you may have.

Andalucia Apartment Rentals

Malaga and the Costa del Sol beaches are an hour away. Closer to our town is Lake Iznajar which also has a beach, usually deserted, approx 20 mins drive. In Antequera there is 'Antequera Golf' approx 30 mins drive. Granada and the Sierra Nevadas for Ski-ing is approx 95 mins drive. Within 30mins is Rute, famous for chocolate and Anis, Antequera town famous for its castle and beautiful gardens overlooking the town. Iznajar, a moorish town steeped in history with outstanding views of the lake. The Alhambra at Granada and Cordoba are approx 80 mins, Sevilla 90 mins to name a few. There is also a train that runs from Antequera to Malaga and Sevilla. Our local bus also goes to Antequera where they have onward buses. We have a weekly market on Saturday which has everything from local produce to clothes. The area is ideal for walking and bird watching. On 11th August we have a feria (local fiesta) for 5 days, which is very traditional.

1 Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom with wardrobes, storage and bedside tables and lamps. Family Bathroom with double shower, toilet and vanity unit with basin. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, worktop oven, washing machine, sink, kettle,toaster and table with 4 chairs. All cooking utensils. Large lounge with 3 seater sofa-bed and a 2 seater futon, welsh dresser, coffee table and dining table and bench chairs. Portbale CD player. Open fire for winter lets. We provide for your convenience all bed linen including duvets and sheets, hand and bath towels (not pool towels). Sunloungers and chairs are provided in the garden with use of the b-b-q. Cleaning is done at the end of each rental. We are within easy walking distance to town (5 mins) and the house is situation at the top of a small hill in a peaceful location. 2 minutes to the nearest bar.
