Las Dalias

Las Dalias is a corner townhouse situated in a beautiful, small gated community. The house has four double bedrooms, from one of which you can see breath taking views of the beach and ocean. The other three bedrooms, each having a single bed have lovely views too, one has a balcony overlooking the garden and the other overlooking the sea.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need, Tv and DVD player, a kettle, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, central heating, an iron, a high chair, cot and hair dryer. We have a beautiful front garden with a large palm tree, and available to you we have sun loungers, tables and chairs and a big umbrella, the kitchen looks out over the garden so it is really easy to pass food out through the window if you wanted to eat outside.

If you are a family with young children you don’t need to worry about a thing, we are fully equipped and even have beds especially designed for kids, which you can see in our photos. There is also a private garage at the bottom of the house.
If you need to be collected from the airport, this of course is no problem; you will however have to pay a fee.

We will always be available for you for whatever you need with our 24-hour mobile phone and we will be happy to do our upmost in order for your stay in our home to be perfect!

What to do?

Every Friday there is a market in the town square, where you can find many typical Spanish products, from food, to clothes and jewellery. We have many, many surf shops and of course our famous Surfing School. There is a small ferry that runs to and from Santander every 30 minutes that is also only a five minute walk away from the house, so if you don’t fancy driving you can leave the car in the garage and catch the boat!

If you’re a fan of Surfing then this is the place for you, it’s a only a five minute walk to some of the best surfing conditions in the country, and there’s no need to worry about space to keep your board because the garage is very big.

Somo

Saving the best until last....we have the beach only a five minute walk away, 6km long with lovely soft sand! The centre of Somo is also a 5 minute walk away from the house, here you can find everything you need, supermarkets, fishmongers, bakeries, ice cream parlours, banks, hairdressers, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, burger places, a free internet cafe (Tele Centro)
