Luxury Apartment in Elviria Hills Marbella

Marbella is where our luxury apartment is located, and in the surrounding Elviria hills is El Bosque. This is an area of outstanding beauty within the protected biosphere forest, with stunning views of both the coastline and the mountains. This location gives you the best of both worlds, a very peaceful hillside location with lively activities, restaurants and bars just a short drive away. The nearest beach is the famous Nikki beach, Don Carlos hotel and upmarket restaurants and bars many located right on the beach between Elviria and Marbella. Take a walk up the hill to La Mairena village, passing many luxurious villas on the way,there are two restaurants and bars in the village, both have incredible views.

Golf and Leisure

Our guests have free use of the El Soto golf and leisure complex (a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk)including free golf and tennis, the complex also boast a beautiful club house and restaurant. We also provide you with a set of both ladies and gents golf clubs and tennis rackets. There are numerous other golf courses in the area, both La Cala and Santa Maria are only 10 minutes drive away. Pool and beach towels also provided.

Luxury Apartment

The apartment was only completed in 2009 and is furnished to a very high standard. It is a real home from home, equiped with everything you will need for your holiday, including dishwasher, and a small laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large balcony, for al fresco dining with lovely views to the coastline, accessed from both master bedroom and lounge. From the master bedroom you awake to the view of the sunrise over the sea. The community of only 55 apartments are designed in the style of a mediterrean village, there is a main pool and childrens pool area, lovely gardens and all kept to a very high standard. The community is very secure with both electronic car park entrance and video secure entrance to the apartment. Owing to the high standard of furnishings we do require a security deposit of £200. This is also a non smoking apartment.
