A wonderfully situated beachfront apartment is set within the exclusive Rio Real Playa area next to Los Monteros – home to Hollywood stars! Antonio Banderas and many international celebreties.

Rio Real Playa is a gated complex with 9 low rise apartment buildings right on the beach, which gives direct access to the beach and is situated only 3 kms from Marbella.

The apartment is located on the first floor. When entering the apartment you will find the dining area to the right. When passing through the salon a sliding door will give you acces to a 25m2 terras, with uninterrupted views to the sea.
