Description

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with 2 bunk beds, thus sleeping 4. The other 2 rooms are equipped with double beds. Large build inn closets in all rooms.

2 Bathrooms each with bath tub.
Large fully equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher and washing machine.
Large living room with dining section and 2 large sofas.
Flat screen and DVD player, music installation with IPod connection or other devices.

The terrace is divided into the dining section with big gas grill, 6 seats (room for 8), lounge area and darts.
Further, there is space for sunbeds, held in the storage room in the basement, where there is a parking lot.
Car park is accessed via remotely operated gate. There is an elevator directly up to the occasion.

There are towels and linens for 8 persons.

Urbanization offers not less than 4 pool areas. There are childrens pool. There is a quiet, extremely fertile and well maintained land.

The apartment is on Santa Maria Golf Course , which is one of the most popular on the coast.

There is 2 km to one of the best beach stretches across Costa del Sol. Only 5 minutes drive to the world famous beach club chain Nikki Beach.

The apartment is about. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

Outside the high season you can get the right cheap airline tickets.
