For deposits received by May 21, the June 2010 price is reduced to Â£1,300 per week.

A non-returnable deposit of Â£350 per week booked is required to secure your dates. This will be applied to the balance of the rent due which is required ten weeks prior to your departure. A returnable security deposit of Â£500 is required in addition, against breakageâ€™s and damage.

Enjoy Marbella luxury holiday rentals at Villa Annabel located in Marbella. The villa is comfortable, well equipped, and furnished mostly in traditional Andalucian style to a high quality. Enclosed in a secluded garden and with itâ€™s own 14 metre swimming pool.

With beautiful views of the mountain from an elevated position, the villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel and beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarket and shops are a short stroll taking about 5 to 10 minutes.

All the facilities of a four star hotel, good restaurants, day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by at the Atalaya Park Hotel. There are also supermarkets as well as numerous others shops and bars within walking distance of the villa. San Pedro is 2 Km away, Puerto Banus 6 Km and Marbella 8 Km, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about an hourâ€™s drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Villa Annabelâ€™s garden is well stocked with flowers and plants. One side of the garden has views towards the mountains, overlooking a tree filled valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertaining.

TWO MORE BEDROOMS with twin beds in each room, share the SECOND BATHROOM.

FOURTH BEDROOM with twin beds in a small room located next to the kitchen has a separate SHOWER ROOM.

THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE VILLA IS 8 PERSONS + baby in a supplied cot.

Twice weekly, there is maid service of the villa, together with pool and garden servicing. The staff are employed all year round, ensuring the villa being kept in good order at all times.

Baby-sitting and extra maid service are available at additional cost.
