Luxury Lakota Townhome In Winter Park Colorado

When was the last time you had a Winter Park adventure? This luxurious townhome is under new management and is ramping up for the ‘07/ ’08 season. Our townhome is located in a prestigious community called Antlers @ Lakota, located directly across Hwy 40 from Winter Park Resort. The views from this gorgeous rental are breathtaking.

Accomodations

Our accommodations offer you all of the comforts of your home and more. As soon as you walk in through the log two-story entry, you will feel right at home. This is a three level townhome. On the main floor there is a living/dining area with a gorgeous rock fireplace. It has a door leading to a private deck and gas grill (year round use). There is also a half bath located on the main floor. In addition, there is a kitchen that is fully-equipped with all the utensils you would need for a gourmet meal. A black granite breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table is a hand plank harvest table that will seat eight. The upper level is where the master suite is located. It has a king size bed with custom bedding upgrades, sure to keep you cozy. In the bathroom there are double sinks, a large walk in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The lower level has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is called the “bunkroom” because it has a set of pine log, twin bunk beds, as well as a twin bed with a twin trundle (room sleeps 4). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a patio door leading to the hot tub. There is also a full bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo.

Activities

For every season, Winter Park has something to offer anyone. During the summer there is hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golfing and many more outdoor activities. The fall is a classic time to venture to the mountains to see the vibrant colors of the surrounding trees. Winter is a great time to get comfy by the fireplace with a book or get outside for some fun. If you want to hit the slopes, Lakota now has its very own shuttle service that will take you directly to skier drop off at the resort (weekends only). The shuttle also stops in town if you are looking to shop or get a bite to eat. And you sure can’t beat Spring Skiing!
