LIVING ROOM: The large living room with it's double-height cathedral ceiling is a real showpiece, looking out onto the pool area and lake beyond. A large screen, multi-channel American cable TV/DVD/VCR is installed in the lounge and there are a total of 5 TV's in all bedrooms. In addition for your entertainment there is a PS2 with games, cassette/CD player with a selection of music, books, and board games.

A new GAMES ROOM has been professinally installed with 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey & a Soccer table for hours of fun!!
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS is now provided free of charge for our guests convenience.

KITCHEN: The Villa has a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink. Adjacent is a Breakfast Nook with seating for four, overlooking the pool area. The kitchen also incorporates a breakfast bar. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in a separate utility room. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience and an additional half bathroom for general use is situated downstairs.

DINING ROOM: The Villa also has a separate dining area with a stunning column support glass table seating six people. This really is a magnificent setting for formal dining.

SECOND LOUNGE: with double sleeper sofa and a large glass coffee table. This lies beyond the dining area for extra privacy.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom really is something to behold! It is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Accessed by it's own gallery walkway, it occupies the whole of the East side of the first floor. It is fully furnished with a King-size mahogany 'antique' feature bed, dressing table and nightstands. It has patio doors leading onto its own spectacular balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area beyond.

It's luxurious en-suite bathroom has two single bowl vanity units, a toilet (separated from the remainder of the bathroom by its own door), a large roman bath, a huge walk-in shower cubicle and two large walk-in closets.

DEN: has a sofa & coffee table, providing an ideal place for quiet relaxation.

MASTER BEDROOM 2: on the ground floor has a Queen-size bed.

BEDROOM 3: contains a Queen-size bed.
2 TWIN ROOMS: One has a Disney theme, the other a sports theme.

Pool

The pool area is quite exceptional. How better to relax than to sit on the patio overlooking the lake and woodlands, and then cool off in the 30'x15' swimming pool or spa. This is all south-facing, so you can enjoy the Florida sun for all the daylight hours. For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a pool guard.
