The Castillo Del Mar Club condominium is located on the most beautiful stretch of land along Miami Beach, referred to as Millionaires' Row at 5445 Collins Avenue, just a few steps from the beach and just minutes from your front door, you will find the exclusive designer shops at Bal Harbor, exquisite art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and the exciting nightlife of South Beach.
The condo has an incredible ocean view and year round bay and ocean breezes. Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for oceanfront living , as well as, ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks! This 2-story condo offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Art Deco district is just five minutes away.

Ideally situated for visitors to the area. All of the rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped to give a feeling of being home away from home. The condo also has a variety of facilities and services that are sure to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

The condo is a 2 bedroom,1 1/2 bath two story condo with a split-level plan. Both Bedrooms are located on the second floor with the living and dining room, and full kitchen located on the 1st floor. Accommodates 2 to 6 guests. Beautifully decorated, with new kitchen and unique 1,450 sq. ft. layout.

POLICIES :

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. In order to go ahead and reserve your stay there is a $300 deposit required. You may either send this by Western Union/Money Gram, Money Order/Cashiers Check by mail, Wire Transfer, or with a Credit Card with a 3.5% processing fee. The Full payment will then be made within 30 days of arrival unless otherwise arranged. For Christmas and New Years,full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. Minus your $120 cleaning fee and any charges inccured for payment fees. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.


Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.


Rules: Garbage: Please ensure that all garbage is disposed of in the garbage shoot prior to your departure. Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking inside of the condo. There will be a $250 to anyone that is caught smoking in the condo. Smoking is permitted on the deck, Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Telephone: Local and domestic long distance calls are free please use calling cards for any international phone calls. No House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. On Departure: *All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. *The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. * Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. *All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage shoot down the hall. *Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. *Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. *Leave keys with front desk/security unless otherwise instructed.
