This luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on Poinciana Boulevard. It features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite, heated swimming pool and is fully air conditioned. This magnificent property sleeps up to 8 (using the Family Room as additional sleeping space). The property enjoys spectacular views over the Lake, which are visible from the rear of the property.

We have a high speed internet connection, free of charge to guests.

Eagle Pointe South is in a quiet area of new development and is only a short drive from the facilities in downtown Kissimmee, Celebration and Orlando.

The whole house is fully air-conditioned. Large double garage. All linen and towels are provided. House is cleaned on guest departure and checked prior to guest arrival.

Furnished with a comfortable three-seater and two-seater sofa, side tables and a coffee table. Lounge has Cable 37" Flat-Screen TV, VCR/DVD player and CD/radio player.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, large American-Style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal and a large selection of china, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. Plenty of work surfaces. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a table and four chairs.

DINING AREA
A dining area with a table and six comfortable chairs.

FAMILY ROOM
Furnished with a comfortable three-seater and two seater sofa, side tables and a coffee table. The three-seater sofa is a sofa bed that can be used for additional sleeping space.

MASTER BEDROOM
Furnished with a Queen-size bed, bed-side cabinets and table lamps, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and Cable TV. Plenty of drawers and hanging space. Ensuite bathroom with large shower, corner bath, separate lockable toilet and his and her's sinks. The internet connection is based in the master bedroom (next to the TV), and is a wired connection. You will need to provide your own computer/laptop.

SECOND MASTER BEDROOM
Furnished with a double bed, bed-side cabinets and table lamps, wardrobe and drawers.

THIRD BEDROOM
Furnished with two single beds, a set of drawers with table lamp and wardrobe.

SECOND BATHROOM
Toilet, sink, bath and an over bath shower. The bathroom also has a large amount of storage below, large mirror and plenty of surface area for your toiletries.

LANAI AND SWIMMING POOL
Enclosed area around the pool with sun-loungers, table and chairs. Private swimming pool, with spectacular lake views so you can take in the views while relaxing by/in the pool.
