Rate, Deposit and Cancellation Information

5% accommodations tax, 7% sales tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $20 minimum.

One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
