Relax and enjoy the pastoral views from this new, bright and spacious, 2000 square foot semi-detached cottage located in the historic Champlain Valley of Vermont. Located in close proximity to the New York Adirondack Mountains, Vermont Green Mountains and Lake Champlain, the cottage sleeps 4-6 comfortably and is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need. Burlington International Airport is less than an hour's drive. Montreal, Canada is a beautiful 2 hour drive. The town of Middlebury is 10 minutes away with great shops and restaurants and is home to Middlebury College.

2 bedroom (one with queen-sized canopy bed and the other with 2 twin beds), 2 full baths (one ensuite), queen sleep-sofa, glass sunroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private keyed entrance, and large yard. Wood burning stove in living area (with seasoned wood available). Satellite TV and radio, CD, DVD, internet access, and local phone. All linens and towels provided at no extra charge. Skiing, hiking, cycling in Adirondack and Green Mountains

The Champlain Valley is filled with activities for all ages. Lake Champlain and Lake George offer swimming, fishing, waterskiing, boating, canoeing, kayaking with boat rentals a few miles away. Visit the Green or Adirondack mountains to hike small trails or the Appalachian or Long trail. The Champlain bikeway can be accessed at the end of our dirt road. Winter activities (Stowe, Killington) include down-hill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Fall foliage is spectacular in this region. Plus, there is antiquing, golfing, bird watching and plenty of shopping in the many quaint local villages.
